From Pain to Strength
One of the most meaningful experiences in my career came from working with a client who had scoliosis.
When she came to me, she was already training elsewhere—but she was still in pain. She knew something wasn’t right and felt like her body wasn’t being understood.
Back training has always been one of my strengths. I focus on control, activation, and building real strength—not just going through the motions. From the beginning, I knew we could change how her body felt.
We started with movement, awareness, and building strength the right way. Over time, her pain began to disappear. But we didn’t stop there.
She continued to build strength, confidence, and control—progressing further than she ever expected.
She went from living with discomfort…
to performing unassisted pull-ups and push-ups.
More importantly, she became pain-free.
What made this experience so meaningful wasn’t just the physical transformation—it was seeing someone regain trust in their body.
That’s what training should do.
