Jennifer Russo is a certified strength and corrective exercise specialist whose work is built on years of consistent training, observation, and hands-on experience.

Her foundation in fitness began early, developing a deep connection to strength training through discipline and structure. Over time, that foundation evolved into a career focused not just on physical results, but on helping people understand their bodies and build lasting change.

Before fully transitioning into fitness, Jennifer spent years working in technology. That experience shaped her ability to think analytically, recognize patterns, and approach training with a problem-solving mindset. She doesn’t believe in one-size-fits-all programs—every client requires a thoughtful and individualized approach.

Jennifer trained in both gym and private environments, including working as a Tier 3 trainer at Equinox before building her own private clientele. While training at Lex Fit, she expanded her client base and worked alongside a physical therapy office, strengthening her understanding of injury prevention, recovery, and functional movement.

Her training style blends strength, control, and behavioral discipline. She integrates a variety of methods including resistance training, mobility work, and recovery techniques—focusing on how movement feels and functions rather than how it simply looks.

Jennifer has worked with clients across a range of goals, including body sculpting, performance, injury prevention, and long-term strength development. Her approach is rooted in consistency, structure, and helping clients step outside of their comfort zone to reach their full potential.

At the core of her philosophy is a simple belief:

when you lead with your health, everything else follows.
